Technical Managers

Expert Systems are seeking two Technical Managers who would be responsible for specifying customer requirements with regards to projects or new installations.

The candidate must be MCSE or MCP with at least 4 years experience in this area.

Second Line Helpdesk Support

Expert Systems are seeking additional Helpdesk Support staff due to expansion. All candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.

This person will be responsible for dealing with support issues raised by our maintenance customers before the calls are escalated to 3rd line support.
