Expert On-Call
For some customers the thought of full maintenance may be
expensive and more than they perhaps require.
In this instance we would provide 'Expert On-Call' which
sits between basic re-active support, and full support.
How Does It Work?
Customers are given a 'Time Bank' which is allocated a fixed
number of minutes, i.e. 300 minutes, 600 minutes, 1200 minutes
etc. All work carried out whether telephone support, remote
desktop assistance or on-site support is timed and deducted
from the Time Bank. Time is charged by the minute.

How Much Does it Cost?
This depends on the number of minutes purchased at the outset,
the more time you buy, the more economical it becomes. The
amount of time you may require is measured against your
business activity - this however can be topped up at any
time.
How do I know how many hours have
been used?
An ongoing balance is provided on support tickets to show
total remaining allocation. If you are nearing your limit
then more time is added at a pre-agreed rate.
The entry level packages are:
100 mins for £150.00
300 mins for £365.00 or
600 mins for £640.00
Prices are Ex-VAT.
When does the time start?
The time starts as soon as confirmation has been given on
the time you wish to purchase. In some instances we may ask
for cleared funds before a resolution is found to your support
request. Our helpdesk hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday
to Friday.
