Microsoft CRM Accelerators

CRM Accelerators are a range of add-on solutions developed for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 customers and partners. Each accelerator is available at no cost and will showcase how the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform can be configured and extended to broaden marketing, sales and service capabilities. In most circumstances we further extend these accelerators to meet specific business needs.
Below is a list of some of the accelerators are currently available:

  • Social Networking - Integrates Microsoft CRM With Twitter. Capture and analyse what people are tweeting about your products and services, convert these tweets into service cases and leads.
  • Partner Relationship Management (PRM) - Allows businesses to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to distribute sales leads and centrally manage sales opportunities across channel partners.
  • Notifications - Creates an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) Feed from CRM and allows users to subscribe to the CRM “business events” that are significant to them, e.g. a salesperson is interested in new leads and opportunities assigned to them whereas a customer service representative is interested in new service cases assigned to them.
  • Event Management - Extends Microsoft CRM to provide Event Management capability and a portal for customers to book on events.
  • eService - Portal allowing customers to create and update cases in CRM via a web interface.
  • Business Productivity Newsfeed - Turns Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 into the hub of business activity, letting users keep up to date on events happening across the organization. The Business Productivity Newsfeed Accelerator drives user adoption by presenting CRM data to users in a way that is appealing and interactive, drawing them into the application and encouraging use.
  • Business Productivity Workflow Tools - A set of tools to enhance the functionality of the CRM Workflow engine.
